Delete your Sizmari account
You can delete your Sizmari account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your dream entries, interpretations, patterns, streaks and settings are erased and can't be recovered.
Step 1: Cancel your subscription, if you have one
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store, and only they can cancel them. Cancel first so you aren't charged after your account is gone:
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions, choose Sizmari, then Cancel subscription.
- iPhone: App Store → Subscriptions, choose Sizmari, then Cancel Subscription.
If you want to keep your dreams, export them in the app (Settings → Account → Export) before deleting.
Step 2: Delete your account
In the app
- Open Sizmari and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If a subscription is still active, the app shows you how to cancel it and unlocks deletion once the store confirms the cancellation.
Without the app
Email support@sizmari.app from the email address you signed up with (for Google or Apple sign-in, the address of that account), with the subject "Delete my Sizmari account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before deleting anything. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, sign-in identities and profile.
- Every dream entry and AI interpretation stored on our servers, plus extracted patterns and the dream profile built from them.
- Your preferences, consents, streaks and rewards, and your push notification token.
- Analytics and crash reports linked to your account.
Deleted data is removed from our live systems straight away and from backups within 30 days. Entries kept only on your device (the free plan) are removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you uninstall the app.
What we can't delete
Google Play and Apple keep their own records of your purchases under their privacy policies. We keep no copy of your data after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep a specific record, which we'd tell you about when confirming deletion.
See the privacy policy for more on how Sizmari handles your data.
